The session is split into two parts lasting an hour each.
During the first part of the session we lay all the foundations for you to stop smoking simply and easily. With all the background work now complete you will already notice a massive change in your thinking towards smoking. By the time we do the second part of the session you will be 100% sure in your own mind that you are ready to quit the smoking habit for ever!

In the second part of the session you will be relaxed into a beautifully calm and positive state using hypnosis. The final pieces of the psychological jigsaw will fall into place. During the session we will not only stop you ever smoking again, but we will include many other things you may wish to address at the same time, such as weight control or getting fitter along with improvements in your personal or professional life.

In some cases with people who have a history of failed attempts or smoke more than 20 a day it may be better to stop smoking over 2 sessions a week apart. You will be able to smoke as much as you wish between session 1 and 2. Each session wil last about 2 hours and the cost for this treatment is £295
